Because each garment is handmade and custom-created, returns and refunds are not accepted.

However, your satisfaction is a top priority. If you experience fit issues after trying on your garment, I offer one complimentary fit adjustment to make sure it feels just right.

To request your free adjustment, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at jociemadeit@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the fit issues
• Photos

Once your request is received, I'll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can send the garment back for adjustments. 

Please note:

• Additional adjustments beyond the first may incur a fee.
